I called like I was advised to keep uhaul an extra 2 hours, only kept it ONE extra hour and they charged my card without informing me of the charges for $63 Ridiculous and going to fight a regular d on this

Answered "no" on helpful personnel only because they were unexpectedly closed so I did not interact with anyone at the drop-off location. I did contact U-Haul Customer Service and they were very helpful after a couple conversations.

JEFFERY JHorrible customer service. Two younger people doing absolutely nothing at the front desk. I walked in and they were not helpful at all with the return process. They said their manager wasn’t there and didn’t know anything about the U-Haul process. Mumbled words to me, speaking very monotone and were looking at their phone the whole time I was asking questions. Would not recommend, if they didn’t know what to do then their manager is at fault and they could’ve at least been inviting and tried their best but they didn’t try AT ALL. First review I’ve ever left in my entire life on anything and this is by far the most irritating issue I’ve had with any business.
