I would recommend changing your scheduling policy. I had a truck booked for pickup in my home town and U-Haul waited until the day of the scheduled pickup to tell me the vehicle was not available and I had to drive over 3 hours round trip to get the vehicle which I had to pay for the extra miles to not only pick it up but to also drop it off so I could recover my personal vehicle. I am looking at a mass tort case with lawyers to recover the millions of dollars U-Haul has made off of customers from this fraudulent activity. Clearly, U-Haul has placed profit over customers.
