From the moment I arrive the people in the place acted like they didn’t want to work or even talk to me, but what really is killing me right now is that I have 3 different charges in my debit card for the same transaction that has gotten me in trouble one for $260.40, another one for $391.48, and an earlier one for $171.15 which has left my bank account overdraft by -$209 when all I did was to rent a truck to move some stuff, returned it on time, clean, and with no issues, and now I have to pay overdraft fees, and deal with the fact that I have no money at all until my next pay check. What the hell is wrong with your company?!!!!

Truck had to be swept out before we could use it. It also had an alignment issue and was pulling to the right. Also brakes really needed pressed to do what was needed.

AMY MMy first truck i made the appointment for pick up with, I was told the battery is dead and the person at the location said they call mutiple times for a mechanic to come and fix so the guy and had to wait for about 30mins for his boss to get me a different truck because uhaul doesnt come out and fix their trucks when needed (they said they called months ago for the fix).
