The female that called and cursed at me for bringing it back late( due to I was in the hospital because of a minor heart issue) was rude demanding answers and said there was stuff left in the back or the uhaul. It was to my understanding it was empty which I told her and she got really rude then and asked again what there was still stuff in the back. I assured her that I thought they had taken everything out. Then she said u. You need to tell me some or I. About to charge you 1,000 dollars? I wasn't feeling well enough to entertain a argument so I told her so what you have to a have a good day. I then got alert from my bank of a charge for 1,070 bucks or some craziness. Some people shouldn't work or have a uhaul franchise. I would not recommend this location due to the entitled Karen that thinks he deserves answer after talking to me like I'm the lowest scum of the earth. Look here buddy I served my country in the US Army and did two tours, one in Iraq, and one in Afghanistan. I'll be damn if I take shit or answer any questions from a demanding asshole! Courtesy and respect go a long way. Treat everyone like you want to be treated, and stop thinking you are someone special that can talk to people how you want. Telephone tough guy. I promise you wouldn't have talked to me like that to my face. If you did you would be getting surgery to get my foot outta your ass! The truck was nice tho.

RANDY PI did not interact with personnel at this location. Had difficulty checking in. The app was not working correctly. I had to call the the 800 number to explain my difficulties. There were additional charges to my bill that had to be refunded due to check in difficulties. Mark Osbourne corrected this error immediately.

Charles SPicking up the truck worked fine. It rained and mom's attic leaked. We were not told the dropoff location was unmanned. The app did not work properly so we had to call. Took much longer than expected. It should have been made clear it was self-service dropoff during the booking process.
laura jWifi was horrible, so after spending an exhausting amount of time late at night trying to get "cleanliness" pics numerous times to upload, we gave up, turned in the keys, drove 30 minutes further to get wifi (hoping the pics would go through...never did), and called a uhaul rep. to check us in.

Rachel DThere was no service at the location for the person to complete mobile checkin or for me to checkout. I’d recommend getting wifi at the facility to assist customers with the limited to poor service in the area.
QUENTIN FThis is a 24/7 location with very poor cell service, so using the app or uhaul.com was a nightmare. We arrived at 11 am as scheduled and did not get done till 12:12 pm with the help of a representative over the phone. getting the representative took 30 minutes. There was no additional equipment available like dolly or blankets. No other locations had these items either, so we had to do our move without them. Also, I reserved a truck days ahead and the location i was going to originally get it did not have the truck. I had to travel an extra 26 miles to get this one.
