I was charged for a whole nother day when I only had the truck for less than 5 hours and less than 25 miles, and returned it before close of business. I'm disputing a hole nother day of charge's.

Daniel HThe truck was rented to me on Empty. No gas. Because I have no way of knowing how much gas would be needed, and I’m not gonna risk running out, I filled it. I returned the truck with 5/8 of a tank of gas. Under compensated for the gas that was left. Was told “sorry our gas gets stolen”. Thanks for making your problem, my problem. Nice scam you got goin there. Rent the truck with a full tank, and I’ll return with a full tank. Easy solution to this problem.
Daniel ZThere was a problem with the QR Code so I could not receive my receipt and then once I got home. I noticed $58 in additional charges on my car. And I do not know why that is so I was promised 60 extra miles on my rental. And I Don' I don't have a receipt. Nor do I know why I was charged additional money.
Charles WAll good had a pleasant experience would rent again, and I would refer U-Haul to a friend or family. Thanks for the easy Peezy drop off.

Ella MPerson at the location was extremely rude to us because we asked her where to park the truck in their tiny location. Once again, I requested a person to check us in but I had to do it through your app and take a bunch of pictures, plus you again changed my location, then charged me for the extra miles. I will never use U-Haul again
Paul VDid an after hours drop off. Follow procedures. Charged $20 for after hours drop off. Total BS.
Christopher IApproximately 5 minutes after I finished the dropoff my checking account was charged $73.41. I returned the truck 1 day early, clean and with the appropriate amount of gas. I have received NO EXPLANATION why.

Christina PBoth the inside rear tires of the dual tires, were out of air, they need 90 lbs. they had less then 20 lbs, very very dangerous driving a fully loaded truck on just two rear tires. The Pick Up location was 20 miles from where it was requested, and it did not open at 9 AM as it was supposed, itt was also supposed to a 24/7 location which it was not. I did not get the truck until 930. I had "Moving Help" lined at 10 AM, which I could not make. The Truck was on Mty showing a 15 mile range, and I am at least 5 miles from a gas station, very inconvenient. Other then those few issues
Thomas JThere were people outside trying to get gas out of the uhaul. Whether or not that was those peoples rental and they over filled, I would not recommend returning after business hours. Also arrive before closing, in the event they close early. That’s what happened when I dropped off, closed before time listed.
JESSICA HThe truck wasn't checked out before I picked it up my gas was deciphoned from the tank it wasn't swept out it took a whole hour just to finally leave the location I wasn't told I had to pay on the spot that I could pay after I turned truk in but that wasn't the case

HUNTER CCLEAN UR TRUX N DONT KILL PEOPLE. Truck was extremely contaminated. Extremely dirty. I used 15 clorox wipes just for to clean touched parts. Door & all handles. Steering wheel. Entire dash buttons for a/c, radio, miles, vents, arm rests, seats, wipers, headlights. Everything was extremely dirty. Not even a little dirty. Disgusting dirty. Not ok to rent trucks like that. Not COVID SAFE. I called customer servixe Was told to wrote a review??? What the heck. Wheres management.
Sonia SI made reservation day before pick up day .I came day of my reservation and was no track for me. So ? why did i do my reservation for?
JACEK WI needed two dollies. Furniture and a regular one. Luckily I got the furniture one to move the fridge. I didn’t get the regular that would have saved me multiple trips. I had called previously to verify I had both, because I needed both. Since I picked up before store hours I had no way to get it. The truck was clean and ready to go.

Carly FI had the worst experience on my p/u via mobile phone it took over 2hours and the reservation was miss spelled and even with customer service over 30min to get a representative., so I had to do double work the next day in 115 degrees heat., also when I got to my drop of location again I was put in a upstairs unit when I requested and was told it was downstairs and I have two bad lower back disks and three in my neck.So I was informed after I made a ligament complain that someone would get back to me and still no one ever did.

Sarah AGot charged for an extra day even though we returned it BEFORE 24 hours! There is easily camera proof that we showed up around 1, and were not due back until 4 pm. Spoke with the employee who told us to use the drop box (because their office was locked even though it was during operating hours.) followed instructions and even called and made sure there was nothing else we needed to do. Somehow got charged way extra. Waiting for manager to call me back, and it’s been a day and nothing. Probably will not use uhaul ever again. We will see if the manager can right the wrong.

Martha RI dropped off the truck on time. I wasn't told i need to use the app to check in. I dropped off the keys like any other time i did it. They charged me 20 dollars for not doing this seconds after they opened.. My drop off time was 9am but hte office didnt open until 930 so they were not even open. The girl on the phone was an idiot with no intention of helping me she said its not her problem. They arr scamming people out of 20. And another $2 for over miles??? No way. I wont use uhaul again.
Colin ATruck lock would come off had to wait 3 hours for place to open and then they didn’t have the moving pads I ordered
charles sLeave the truck on a level surface for a way to verity the fuel level...i had to put fuel in on a level surface, and when we return it back it sits on a hill which will show a lower level than what I had at the station. I pick up the truck on a hill also so it shows the wrong level at pickup...

edward mUhaul confirmed my pick up time for 9a but the location did not open until 9:30am. It had a piece of paper with it's opening time changed on it. They need to update with u haul of the change in their opening time.

Jaun Sshe tried to over charge me using her phone to calculate what I owed the difference which was 11.85 she tried to charge me 20 something bucks I simply asked don't the computer do the adding for you she said sometimes it thru me off then went on to include another person advise that was there visiting her I as shocked to say the least not to happy but I have a unit at this location I don't want my stuff destroyed so it's ok I will take the embarrassment that happened that day.
