I was supposed to get the trailer at El Camino Avenue, near my house. I was told I would get a phone call the night before by 5 PM, but I never got a phone call at all! When I got to the U-Haul on El Camino, they said they didn’t even have me in the system much less have my trailer. I showed them the confirmation on the app that I had and then they looked it up and said oh you’re supposed to pick this up in Rio Linda!” Nobody had ever told me that so I had to drive 6 miles out of my way, and then another 6 miles to return home with the trailer. Then the real end of people looked it up and said that “according to our records, you’re taking the trailer to Ontario, California. I said no, I’m not. I’m going up north to Montague. The clerk changed it in the system and I really think I should have been told where I could pick up the trailer in advance if they didn’t have it at El Camino. Other than that, it went well and the Montague drop off was very easy.

The gentleman who I believe started with R. Sorry I forgot but not his great customer service. Made my whole experience renting with U-haul the best. The ease and worry free experience was worth it. Will let my friends know if they ever need to rent.

Peter was awesome ! The market and uhaul facility was cleaned and cool on a hot day. I appreciate the reliable truck and auto transport for our 450 mile journey from Sacramento to SoCal. Thank you again ! Highly recommend

Let them know that it’s not open until 11am. Make sure they have everything ready that you need All the moving blankets were wet and mildew smelling

Didn’t have personnel show up for drop off. All online drop off wasn’t bad but was expecting someone to be there.

I did the online check-in like it suggested.. This was suppose to save time when picking up truck. Apparently their system was down had to redo the entire rental agreement. Did the inspection of the rental on the online app. The mileage was incorrect there was no one to check to make sure my brake lights & blinker’s work. They said my credit card would not be charged. It would only be charged if the vehicle was returned damaged. This was incorrect they charged my card the full amount of the rental. They charged me a $75 fee that I did not add. I would never use this location again. U-haul did adjust the charges.
