Normally things are good at this location. This time they decided to be closed on the day we were scheduled to pick up at the counter. We had to drive to a different location to learn they had changed us to a shared ride and we had to do everything on our phone. We are not young and had to be shown how to do this. I did not appreciate not receiving a phone call. My computer was unplugged (hince the uhaul for a move) so I did not get to read the email they sent. Not all customers are tech savvy.

Raymundo LFix the “ known documented” mileage inaccuracies or at least tell the customer to verify the info because they are thinking about the move and not that the info would be wrong. Very unhappy I was charged for no reason and I will be seeking reimbursement. Would only recommend because there is no other option locally. Might change my rating depending on the reimbursement process.

James TWhen I brought the Ubox trailer to the drop off location the manager didn’t want it and asked me to take it to Ukiah. Aftrr we he understood what happened he was sympathetic to me. I asked myself why I agreed to this extra hustle, yes hustle, by U-Haul. Realistically you should have compensated my insurance and half fuel costs 324.00 dollars for bringing at U-Haul’s request.
robert cIt works be better if the assigned truck and key match! It took me 90 minutes on hold with U-Haul to get the key given to me in the lock box but which did not start my truck switched so i could drive the truck only other truck off the lot. Plus, at the last minute I had to verify who I was by means which were impossible at that moment. A picture of my contract? That was on my phone. A picture of my passport? I don't carry that in rural California. The pick up process was a travesty all the way around. Plus, the drop off location in Morgan Hill, which had been offered when I reserved the truck, was no longer affiliated with U-Haul two weeks later. Again I had to spend 30 minutes on hold with U-Haul getting that switched. Then when I finally got to the drop off location (25 minutes out of my way) I was told I had driven over my milage limit. Other than that it was GREAT! NOT! Good bye uhaul
