Put a lift on your trailer tongues so we normal people can lift it.also,I understand it would be hard to schedule trucks and trailers but when I schedule one, I don't like to be told 2days before time to use that I need to drive 25 minutes to pick it up somewhere else.

Truck was extremely muddy inside the cab. Was told they no longer do an inspection before rental leaves, they take pictures. Did it ourselves and noted all damage as well as mileage. Truck not kept up to safety standards, two issues, one that should have been fixed before the truck was rented out. Returning the truck seemed like an inconvenience/interruption to them. Very unprofessional, office is in their home and it smells Very bad. Will not rent from this dealer again. Definitely will travel further to avoid it.

For some reason I was charged an extra $40+ with NO explanation! The gas was over what it needed to be and it was returned ahead of schedule. For whatever reason, I still have not received a call back and I absolutely refuse to pay until I do. I spent a significant amount of money while moving with Uhaul and I do not think that this is fair at all.

I wish that U-Haul would stop advertising their price before the actual price . There is three charges to rent a U-Haul . I. Truck rental 2. Miles. And gas. But they only advertise truck rental which makes it look cheap but that's not the final price .

Don't change the pick up place. I was charged for 28.7 miles because they change where I had to pick up the truck. Wanted to pick up 3 miles away from me, but had to drive to another town. And when you are paying $0.99 a mile that is an added expense! Not sure I will use U-Haul for my big move in a 6 months!

One uhaul rental place that was out of trucks went on line and found the nearest uhaul that had what i wanted. Worked out real good.

Give this 119 s Kansas dealer a whole lot more trucks and equipment because they have an excellent location right off rt 30 a busy highway, and they know everything about uhaul rates and policy and are very helpful. Thank you.

This was further than my original choice and the allowed mileage didn't take into account the distance I had to drive to get the truck so I had to pay for the extra mileage which is poor customer service as I drove directly from location to location and still went over. Very disappointed in this.

I lived in Wooster, OH at the time I rented a Uhaul. I placed a reservation an entire month prior to my move. Less than 48 hours before my move, I am notified that my pick-up location is in a city that is 20 minutes away from my home. My pick-up time was different than my request. The fact that there was not 1 17' Uhaul in all of the city of Wooster is HIGHLY unacceptable. The Uhaul dealer at Hideaway Storage were brand new. They could not figure out how to give me my contract. It would not process through the computer they had. I wanted to pay with a different credit card, I left my information and the next day my debit card was charged (AFTER the fact) and was NOT the card I wanted to use. Also, I was charged for a "Safe" thing that I declined at $14.00. While I do NOT place Hideaway storage or it's employees responsible for this added stressor during an already stressful move, I do hold Uhaul responsible. The staff at Hideaway attempted to get a Uhaul rep on the phone to help them trouble shoot an the office was CLOSED!!! Why would there not be 24/7 assistance to Uhaul vendors to help trouble shoot???? I move every 2-3 years because of my employment. I have historically for 20+ years used Uhaul. The last 2 moves I have had have proven to me that Uhaul is NOT capable of providing consistent excellent customer service. I think that Uhaul is not a model company for other rental companies to aspire to. I am highly disappointed. Hideaway storage folks were very nice, very friendly and I felt very frustrated that they had to experience my extreme frustration. I will literally NEVER use Uhaul again. 2 major moves in less than 5 years and serious Customer Service deficits during stressful moves is reason enough to switch to Penske, Enterprise or other companies. Uhaul should be ashamed at their terrible service. I wasn't even offered ANY compensation for the massive inconvenience.
