Eric KZero customer service from this location. The a/c in the truck didn’t work and the wheel seals were clearly leaking.
TODD HThe vehicle was not clean, and there was an umbrella on the seat of the vehicle. I took a photo of the dent above the tire fender on the driver's side prior to renting the vehicle, and now I am being falsely accused of being in an accident and blamed for the damage. At no time was I involved in an accident or caused any damage to the vehicle. I put more gas in the vehicle than noted on my receipt. The Company Equipment Damage Report has false and conflicting information, as it indicates that I am an employee of U-Haul (false), and that the alleged accident occurred at 2:00 pm (False) on 3/19/2025, but does not cite a location, and on the second Equipment Damage Report, they allege the accident occurred at 3:30 pm, (False). My brother Richard Aguilar was with me the entire time that I used the vehicle and can attest to the true facts. I do not recommend anyone use the services of this particular U-Haul Dealer due to their unethical and dishonest practices. Respectfully, Alberto Aguilar
ALBERTO AI wa sent to a first location with my original reservation an the guy there told me he doesn’t don’t hail at the location only certain work are willing to do it they would be in till after 1 pm so I drove about 100 mile to a location that refused to give me service. This make u haul look unreliable I used you services many time an never experienced anything like this ver disappointed in that first location an the guy that didn’t wonna help was very rude just waved us off threw the door window till. He finally got tired of me knocking an. Said I will not do u haul the other guys dose it not me call u haul an asked us to leave.

John LWe have a reservation set. And we had to wait 30 minutes for the manager to come and fix something because the attendant didn’t know what to do. Which made us late to our pick up since we were moving. Then, because the attendant didn’t know what they were doing, he basically just swiped our card and didn’t explain anything to us. Didn’t explain the terms, the gas, the mileage, what we needed to do - nothing. And this was our first time so we were under the impression that it was going to be $50-$60 since we were using for 3 hours and only drove about 28 miles total. Then, we went to return and using the app was a nightmare. We could get service and so we had to simply drop off after being with customer support for an hour. After we had everything completed, a few days go by and we get a recipet for $145!!! Absolutely crazy with all of the hidden fees and no explanation. If we would have known prior to leaving, we wouldn’t have accepted and just figured something else out. We will never be using U-Haul again due to this experience and almost feel like we got scammed.

JOHN MI was also told since my truck change location on pickup. I would get more mileage and an extra day. When I went to drop it off a day early they tried to charge for being a couple hours late and 26 miles. Did drop off try to scam me?

Rosendo VRequested and paid for an appliance dolly. One was not left for pick up. The brakes squeaked horribly. The pickup location you struggle to get into the gated area. Struggled with getting the keys from the lock box because locks were rusted.

Daljeet SThe truck had less than ¹/16 in gas just enough gas to get to a gas station, the uhaul itself was in poor maintenance, the check engine light is on and it died out at the stoplight at least twice. They did not give us a gate code to get back into the locked parking lot so I had to be on the phone with customer service and ended up being late for checking in, there was trash and spider webs in the cabin of the truck . Overall will not go back.

JAUN VWe had an appointment at 3 pm to pick up the trailer but when we got there no one was available. The gentleman that eventually showed up smelled like marijuana. My husband thought it was the trailer and asked about it. The gentleman said oh no, that’s me! I started my weekend early. We had an issue with the break on the trailer and when the tech came out to help he said there was a similar problem reported in August. He then stated that there had not been a repair done. Why rent it if it’s not repaired.
