When I returned the truck it have $5 over then what it was supposed to be returned and I was charged $10 for what I don’t know

I did find a closed beer rolling around behind the seat, but it happens. Other then that nice people and Truck was clean... But having my truck canceled at the other place earlier in the day was not great

The man there i didnt catch his name but older fellow with a beard and glasses. This man did his best to help me and went above and beyond. Truly a good man and went above and beyond to help out. Made me feel comfortable when problems arose and helped alot to get those problems solved. 100/10 would recommend.

The only problem was calling and recording tells you to press 1 that didn't work well, I had to do several attempts.

Truck had bad tire before we even drove it away.My husband was told to go down the street and get it replaced.That they would pay for it.But we had to take it if we wanted the truck right now.And then we had to go all the way across town.To pick up are car trailer.That we had a reservation. At another uhaul location for 10:00am.And it wasn’t there.Was still waiting at 1:30 and still no trailer.No one at that Uhaul location even tried to find use another trailer.So I called U haul and found another trailer.All the way across town about 30 miles away.And then when we return the truck and trailer they charged use for extra mileage.The fifty dollar credit was not worth it at all.I will never use Uhaul ever again.And I would never recommend them to anyone.In less you what to be pissed off all day!And have a really bad headache at the end of all of it.Because they can’t get it together enough to take care of there own truck maintenance.And apparently don’t know what a reservation means.

I wasn't sure if I executed after-hours check-in properly, but location representatives and Uhaul representative were very helpful and both checked in and confirmed all was taken care of. Very satisfied.

Yes the truck was very nice it was brand new at 6 thousand miles on it will love the new technology from Ford cheats for very comfortable car the truck was very responsive love the new innovations friendly people at the Hesperia location would recommend it to a friend great job happy Saturday ??

Brett at High Desert RV and Auto is nothing short of amazing. I’ve been going there for years for my RV. First time using them for Uhaul and again amazing. I needed a specific size trailer and he provided exactly what I needed. 5 stars!!!!

Everything went well there than the truck wasn’t there when I arrived. I reserved it online, but when I got there they were putting gas in it down the street. I had to wait about 10 minutes. No big deal. They were friendly and helpful.

My initial trailer pickup location was Mom’s Smog on Walnut Avenue. When I arrived at the scheduled time the person at this filthy, disorganized business could not have been less interested in U-Haul business. The scheduled trailer was not there and this nonchalant employee said “they didn’t bring it back, maybe try Charlie’s Automotive on Yucca Ave. A very nice young lady named Sara was very helpful and though she did not have a trailer for one way she found one at High Desert Automotive and RV. Brett at this location was very helpful and though the trailer he had was scheduled to be rented on Tuesday, he made some home calls and located another trailer for his Tuesday customer. After Brett solved this logistical issue everything else went smoothly. Mom’s Smog does not represent your company well and seemed to be totally disinterested in the U-haul business. Sara and Brett were great to deal with and represented your company well.

I forgot the guy's name but he was amazing..he not only helped us quickly with the truck rental but also gave me ways to fix my own truck things no on else figured out...he also waiting to the last minute to close up shop so we can return the truck ... thank you thank you

It wasn't the location or truck it was the U-Haul company over the phone I reserved a 26 footer for one location and when I got there they had my reservation but no truck they sent me across town and the same thing happened again the people over the phone kept giving me the run around not only as I late for my movers but I ended up with a 20 footer which made me pay the mover for more hours than I should've and I arrived late and list half a hour tryna find a truck that was promised but never existed just kept getting the run around definitely not satisfied at all this is the second time this has happened to me in a row usually I have a good experience with U-Haul but just had bad experience these last 2 time not happy at all my budget was short for this and it out me behind alot with finances very bad timing for me to go through back mistake like this ....very bad not happy

I was disappointed with the truck we rented having less than an eighth tank of gas. We were pressed for time and the first thing we had to do was put gas in. Truck should have been gassed and ready to go.
