EXTREMELY HELPFUL! My truck broke down in Goldfield and could not be driven No rental car locations within 100 miles. I was able to secure the ONLY U-Haul in the region for my drive home. Matt Gillum could not have been more helpful in this unfortunate situation.

HOWARD OI have been doing business with uhaul for a number of years. I always pay in cash. I've never had a problem getting my cash deposit back at any drop off location. Until this time. Best auto in Quartzsite informed me my deposit would come in the form of a check. After an hour with customer service. My money will be deposited in my bank account.
