The woman that works there, Janelle Painter, was one of the rudest most hateful people I have ever encountered. When I went to get a rental truck she was just nasty to me the entire time we were speaking. She would ask me a question and not let me get a word out to answer because she was too busy talking over me, or talking to me like I was stupid. At one point, she said “You're not listening!! You’re crazy!!” She does not want to lift a finger to help anyone. I left to make a call to rent the truck over the phone and came back to pick it up. She kind of blamed her bad attitude on the business being “extra busy” that day. So I finally leave with the truck and a tow dolly. I go home to get help putting my car on there to tow and load the truck. The next day before I head out onto the freeway I stopped by to see if they would ensure the tow dolly looked like it was hooked up correctly. I’ve never towed anything and was rightfully concerned about the safety of the people on the freeway, the U-Haul equipment and myself. She was immediately nasty to me and said “No! I’ll have to charge you if I touch anything!” I asked her to just “look” at it, she did and said it looked fine. Then she said “I don’t know how you’re going to get out though, do you not see that dip in the driveway?!” Like I was stupid. So I asked her if she could guide me while I backed up to get out the other side of the lot since I’ve never towed anything and she said “I can’t do any of that! You’re the one renting it! You’ve got a long way to go to Hollywood! I can’t back it up for you!! Just back it up until you don’t hit something!!” I told her I didn’t want her to do it for me, but just to guide me and make sure I didn’t hit anything in the parking lot. I told her she did not have to be rude to me, and that I paid alot of money to rent the truck and I didn’t want to mess it up. She yelled “you did NOT pay that much money, honey, but that’s okay!!” I told her she was being rude and hateful and she said she wasn’t but that I kept pushing her?! Finally she said she’d make sure I didn’t hit anything while I was backing up. Literally the WORST rental experience EVER!! I would never in a million years recommend anyone ever rent from this place, especially if she is there. It’s just not worth the stress. Oh, and the U-Haul was not clean when I got it.

TINA HI have rented from this specific location several times. I was renting a 4x8 trailer every Friday for work. The last time this woman helped me she was extremely rude. This was upsetting because I had been there every week, to do the same thing. This particular day she knew I was coming. I had to 2:00 appointment and she was busy with somebody else. Fine. I pulled to the side of the building so I wouldn't be in the Sun. It took so long that I stepped out to see what was going on, with her other customer. When I did that I realized I was so close to the building that I had to be very careful with my car door. She approached me and said she was ready so I got back into my car so that I could move it as I was so close to that door it was hard to get in and out of my car. She was screaming at me that we needed to put on the hitch and we needed to do it immediately. But if I wanted her help I needed to be instantly. This was interesting because she told me it was her job to install the trailer? I was trying to express to her that I was just moving my car up a few inches, so that I could get in and out easily. She was very aggressive and told me if I wanted her help putting on the hitch. I had to do what she wanted and immediately. I am the customer! I was moving my car 2 inches. Not only is the customer right, unless they are being rude or aggressive, I was a repeat customer. Emphasis on was!!!! I will take my business elsewhere.
Joey SNOT SURE WHY I HAD TO DRIVE TO A LOCATION 50 MILE FROM MY HOUSE JUST TO DROP THE TRAILER WHEN THERE ARE 5 U HAUL LOCATIONS WITH IN A FEW MILE OF MY HOME I FEEL YOU SHOULD BE PAYING FOR MY FUEL AND TIME TO GO OUT OF MY WAY TO RETURN YOUR TRAILER
KEVIN HThere hours are as long that is understandably for it’s location.. the name needs updated as what it is not computor or what ever it’s branded. They did leave instructions on door which was helpful. In dropping off a trailer if they left some wood blocks out to chock the trailers would be good for safety as the incline by fence will cause trailer to roll adding high wind can push a trailer..some people may need that.. just have some blocks with sign as well .. just avoids some one getting ran over when unhooked from trailer. Thanks
ANDREW JVery nice lady. As I pulled in she directed me where to park. As I was getting out of the car she was disconnecting the trailer. She asked me a few questions and then I was on my way. I don't think I was there for more then 5 minutes.

JESSE EOnly problem i had was when I returned it. It didnt have the stand you place it on that drops down. Then its on a slant so we spent 30 min dragging it (once it was off the truck) to get it to a spot it wouldn't move. We finally found blocks to get it not to move.
Krystl CI called in and was told that they had an auto transport trailer that would fit my needs. I showed up and was hooked up and down the road within 10 minutes. The women who we dealt with knew the equipment inside and out. The pick up couldn't have been easier nor more efficient.
