Steve NI returned it after hours. The parking lot was full of cars no place to put the trailer except for in front of their door… she would she was very helpful the next morning when I checked the trailer in very polite. No, now let’s talk about U-Haul. It sucks. You have a huge trailer very heavy no tongue jack very very, very difficult to get it off. Disconnected from my pick up. My back is an extreme pain. This is insane. Expecting someone to disconnect that by themselves I had to take a nitro pill cause my heart was pounding so hard. I hope you get sued. I will never rent another thing from U-Haul.

Ronny VIt took almost 45 minutes to complete the registration process, which was completed on the owner’s cell phone in the parking lot of the location. We had not originally selected this location and were asked to move to this location. The trailer blinker lights were not working and the owner told us to just “use hand signals”- was NOT a good experience.
