This was a bad experience went 15 min from the location drove very slow did not use much gas then brought it back truck wasnt used for delivery and the price was 66 or something like that they end up charging me another 30 when I never even went over 39 miles such a rip off

I rented a 20 footer to be picked up at 9am with a heavy duty dolly. When I got there the place looks like a junkyard, the office was closed and the person in charge arrived 20 min passed their open schedule which was 9am. To top it off, they didn't have the dolly I had reserved and paid for, so I couldn't use the truck to move heavy appliances as I had planned. It could be worse, but it was overall a pretty negative experience.
