As I have previously stated this was not a good Experience. Even though I was the only customer in the store it took 40 minutes to pickup a truck. The agent said that it was U-Haul’s server that was the problem. I don’t know if that was the case. The gas tank was not full on the vehicle when I picked it up. The agent said to just fill it to the Lebel it was at when I picked it up. How are you supposed to do that. How was I to know how mich to put in. I overfilled. The delay in pickup cost me $80 in wages. Overall this was just not acceptable. I’m very disappointed.

NORMAN MDisappointed that the vehicle was not ready for pick up with so much snow and ice buildup that it took 52 mm minutes to leave the rental location. There has to be a better system to ensure this type of inconvenience does not happen!! The agent was friendly but that doesn't erase the terrible experience of having to de-ice the vehicle and get it ready to drive!!
