Front desk guy very helpful, younger guy very rude & left chains from tow dolly hanging, could of caused a mayor accident! I noticed it as I was going down the road & had to pull to aside and fix it!Cesar Z.

Sounded like something was broken on the truck, very bumpy ride. Also booked for only 1 day (5 hrs) returned it at 8pm same day. They charged me for 2 days and said I didn't return it until 8am next day, even though the guy there confirmed my return time during check in.Darian H.

We drove all the way from Texas to pick up this trailer. Unknown to us, they changed the pick up location to an HOUR away. The area manager refused to answer or return our call. To add insult, there was the exact same trailer on site at the orginal location that wasn't being picked up till the next day. She refused to change their pick up location. We had to drive an hour each way to get the trailer and we're late getting to my mother's house to pick up my deceased fathers belongings. Customer service..none. It would take an act of God for me to use this company again.Holly H.

Checkout was fast and efficient. Equipment trailer had some small amounts of trash and a fair bit of dirt in the bed. Unable to use one of the mounting rings because dirt had packed into it and held it closed tight. I wish that all of the 6x12 trailers had the lifting jack as it made returning the trailer far easier than past occasions.Aaron L.
U-Haul needs to answer emails more timely. I requested an up date of my rental through U-Haul service email and did not get any answer till I returned the unit. Very stressful when a person is moving and U-Haul is not confirming.Robert K.

Make the online pickup process smoother. Train the employees better. These people were completely incompetent. Wasn't able to verify anything through the app, pre drive off or do a check-in when taking back. Had to wait on Hold for 24 minutes to finalize check-in because wouldn't work online. Very frustrating rental, enough to make never utilize Uhaul again. I WILL take out an add and pay someone to use their truck next time.Pamela C.

I would recommend if no other choices. I still have an additional fee I don't understand and I had to convince the attendant to proceed my charges while still there. I don't think anything was cleaned or disinfFran H.

The old man cussed the computer and used a lot of foul offensive language. He kept saying he hate uhaul. He said I might as well make my living doing this shit. Very poor customer service and it took him a hour to do the paperwork. Don't be in a rush if you come here.penny M.

The people in this location did not have on masks and when I asked they replied â€œwe don't do masksâ€. This is totally irresponsible to customers! If I had not had other people depending on this move from out of state, I would have left. Having people like this representing your company is totally irresponsible from a corporate level.Shelia C.

Offer a set amount for 2 hrs or less. I just needed to clean out my garage after moving. I'd also use to pick up a piece of furniture or something large but wouldn't want to pay $45 plus gas just for that. I did get the $10 coverage but my own auto insurance should be sufficient.KIMBERLY B.

The location was fine, we picked up at Highview Hardware, the manager did everything he could and was very nice. U-HAUL and their computer system is the issue. It took 45 minutes to get our vehicle even though I put all my info in online and checked in online to save time. I had to re-give all my info. Then the car smelled so badly of a farm and I'm allergic to grass and horses and couldn't stand to be in the vehicle and had a hard time breathing. We had to roll the windows all the way down. Then it took an hour to return it. They put the mileage of another vehicle onto ours, 1300 miles! The store manager has been on the phone with U-Haul for over 30 minutes. We will never rent from U-Haul again. Very disappointing.Mark E.

Got to location vehicle assigned they did not have it Took a while to get a van issued. Al was very apologetic. My mileage was not correct. To the location and back was 180 miles. I was given credit for 100 miles and charged 137 miles over. I was told on phone rental was for 4 hrs. I asked Al since we were late getting vehicle how does that effect my four hours. Al told me they closed at 5 to be back by then. He then said if something happened and was past 5 He took me out and showed me where to put key And then note day and time of drop off. At 1:30 while still 90 miles away Al called me and asked me where the van was. To make long story short he said he messed up and that another van was provided to other person that I lucked out and to take my time coming home and I would not be charged for going over. I returned the van at 4:30. I'm not sure I will do busywith uhaul again.danny C.
