The people in this location did not have on masks and when I asked they replied “we don't do masks”. This is totally irresponsible to customers! If I had not had other people depending on this move from out of state, I would have left. Having people like this representing your company is totally irresponsible from a corporate level.

Offer a set amount for 2 hrs or less. I just needed to clean out my garage after moving. I'd also use to pick up a piece of furniture or something large but wouldn't want to pay $45 plus gas just for that. I did get the $10 coverage but my own auto insurance should be sufficient.

The location was fine, we picked up at Highview Hardware, the manager did everything he could and was very nice. U-HAUL and their computer system is the issue. It took 45 minutes to get our vehicle even though I put all my info in online and checked in online to save time. I had to re-give all my info. Then the car smelled so badly of a farm and I'm allergic to grass and horses and couldn't stand to be in the vehicle and had a hard time breathing. We had to roll the windows all the way down. Then it took an hour to return it. They put the mileage of another vehicle onto ours, 1300 miles! The store manager has been on the phone with U-Haul for over 30 minutes. We will never rent from U-Haul again. Very disappointing.

Be sure to let customers know that if returning the equipment after hours, they must complete the online process before placing the key in the drop due to the required photos.

Got to location vehicle assigned they did not have it Took a while to get a van issued. Al was very apologetic. My mileage was not correct. To the location and back was 180 miles. I was given credit for 100 miles and charged 137 miles over. I was told on phone rental was for 4 hrs. I asked Al since we were late getting vehicle how does that effect my four hours. Al told me they closed at 5 to be back by then. He then said if something happened and was past 5 He took me out and showed me where to put key And then note day and time of drop off. At 1:30 while still 90 miles away Al called me and asked me where the van was. To make long story short he said he messed up and that another van was provided to other person that I lucked out and to take my time coming home and I would not be charged for going over. I returned the van at 4:30. I'm not sure I will do busywith uhaul again.

Location was great vehicle was great Everything else was horrible Between reservation location change 4 times and vehicle change due to not knowing the truck was stolen 2 weeks prior reservation times being changed it was bad oh and customer service wasn't not helpful but seemingly patronizing

Not a great experience. The pick up location on our reservation sheet was different than the one listed in your system. We reserved a 9 ft cargo van but you tried to give us a 20 ft panel truck. We had to go to another location, a hardware store. The staff member seemed uninterested and not well trained. Overall bad experience. Most likely we will not use U Haul in the future.

Maybe place pickups at a more friendly environment with systems that have all info needed. I did the info online so I would not have to wait and it still took 45 minutes. I ordered a dolly and it was not at the store. I was told I had to go get it from another location which was out of the way and added more milage to my trip. And when I arrived there they also had system issues and took a while there as well. The attendant at the 2nd location got frustrated and gave me the dolly at no charge, which did help. Overall it was not a pleasant experience and gave me less time to move my things and too many issues with picking up the equipment.

I googled a location that was perfect in terms of distance. When the lady on the phone answered, she made it sound as if she was at the location. I requested a Transit van due to the bigger room (Ive used them in the past)

The taillights on this trailer did not work properly. The two marker lights on the front corners worked, suggesting that there is a break in the trailer wiring system.

Reserved online. Rec'd call that I reserved in two locations! She cancelled wrong one, but was able to pick up van at location wanted (Highview Hardware). Used for 3.25 hours (2 to 5:15 pm). They closed at 5 pm; they were still in store watching a ballgame on TV but doors were locked and they are not open on Sunday. Drove only 7 miles. Put $5 worth of gas before returning even though gas 'needle' had moved only about 64th of an inch. Drove approximately 2 miles after adding fuel, BUT was charged another $6 for gas. How could the van possibly have needed more fuel? What is the miles/per gal for this van?

The van didn't look like it had been cleaned from previous user & nobody walked around to check for damage like they usually do. It was pouring rain, so maybe that's why. Also was charged for an extra day, not sure why
