Customer service was excellent very nice lady to work with. I would use this place in the future.

DOUGLAS MMartha was the very nice lady I spoke with over the phone to set of the rental of the 10' truck. She was very through and very helpful. I would recommend anyone that is needing to rent a U-Haul in Pahrump to get ahold of Martha at Highway 160 Self Storage.

JOEL MMartha at the counter ruined the return for me. She was a negative Nancy. Very poor customer service n she talked very bad about her sister uhaul company. She called me numerous times about the return. About 5xs. Not a nice person although she pretended to b, to her co-worker as well.

Debora WThe computer system is terrible. It needs to be upgraded. When you return the vehicle the computers don’t work. If I wanted to do all the work myself I would have went somewhere else. We returned the truck early and still have not received a new checkout statement that reflects that and anything showing the $100.00 deposit returned.

Annette AThe guy was nice and easy to talk to. The transaction was pretty easy and fast. The U-Haul was at 1/4 of a tank so I had to go straight to the gas station and fill it up. Not the way I planned to start a trip.
Eddie HNot recommended for pickup after hours due to location and inability to make online app work. Once we had the code trying to get the lock undone was almost impossible. It took us over 2 hours to get the truck due to the app not working properly for us, mostly identifying the gps location and indicating it was the wrong location. I paid for a hand truck and pads but these items were not in the truck.
Ray BIt took us forever to get the app to not exit out and get my drivers license and info you needed to take hold, so we could get to moving .way to long.

robert eTo begin with the miles did not match at the beginning, I was told I could adjust in the app, the app didn't let me do that so I went back inside and I was told they would adjust it manually when I returned the vehicle... Next morning they told me they had fixed the mileage error and charged me.... I looked at what I was supposed to pay and brought to their attention that I was over charged. I was only supposed to be charged 75 and some change but instead they took out 234 and some change... So I had to say something. The girl at the front desk... Got very irritated and was yelling at me almost the whole time, so I asked her to please stop yelling that I wasn't being rude and was being extremely patient with this issue and even told her to take care of the customer that walked in after I left, but seeing the receipt in my car i went right back in, so i told her shr could finish that before takin care of my issue but she got frustrated and ignored me and started tell another co worker/ friend/ person the actions she was doing like cancelling the transaction of the person that walked in after me and so on. I get it she was frustrated. Then she was telling me she wasn't even supposed to issue refunds that her traffic manager was the one that was supposed to do that but he wasn't answering so she would probably get in trouble for giving me a refund... But she did it anyway and probably wrong because it taxed my refund and instead of getting what I was over charged it took out on what I was supposed to pay which already included taxes and she kept yelling that there was nothing she could do on taxes, and that supposedly that's just uncle Sam's fee. But my original payment included taxes and the refund was with the taxes included in the original payment so I got upset but I kept my cool while she kept yelling and I told her that she had no need to yell and be frustrated because I wasn't being rude or demanding my money, I just wanted the error fixed or to understand what was going on and what was going to happen because if i didn't get the correct amount refunded i was going to dispute it with my bank so i needed to know exactly how much i was originally supposed to pay to let my bank know to dispute the rest. Anyway Never going back to that location again, it really made me feel shitty as a customer overwhelmed with my move and then happy I had finished 3 days of moving just to be left feeling awful with this situation. At the end she called someone and kept repeating through out the conversation I was supposed to be charged more to scare me away but I had already made my calculations and knew she was

HYRUM JThere insurance sucks. Got stuck in the mud, the tow truck couldn't pull it out because a car was in the way and the owner had the keys with them at work. The owner moved the car but the U-Haul wanted 400.00 dollars to come back out and pull it out of the mud. Told them to no, now they can't rent a truck from them until they pay 400.00$ U-Haul do better!

tiffany bCheck the fuel gauge. It was marked as full because that's what the previous guy said it was. Instead it was at 3/4 of a tank and I would have been charged at drop off for the difference because I filled it back to where it was when I received the vehicle. Luckily I took a picture when I first got in the vehicle

kurt bI had a 3pm appt for pick up of a tow dolly. Door locked, drove around outside of fenced area, knowone seen. After phoning and leaving voicemails on 2 different phone numbers on display, I waited. Eventually a return call arrived stating a staff woukd return in 5 min. 10 min later, I watched 1 staff return to the office by car, a 2nd staff arriving by car, 5 min after 1st. (No staff at office and office hours were posted until 5pm. They arrived at 335 and 340pm for a 3pm pick up) No apology for being inconvienced. Then She actually wouldn't move the rental forward until an emergency contact person could be reached on the phone. She spoke in a tone of condescension. She has my license. Credit card and now she must personally speak to my emergency contact person, even though there is no emergency. Ridiculous. Now another 20 min later we go outside to load the dolly. I physically check the ramps, tire straps, ratchets and safety chains. More condescension as she places her hands on her hips in disapproval. The dolly is attached and lights checked. I am finally off their lot by 415 pm. I wont return to that location ever again, and I will speak honestly on every social media platform available about the poor service that I received.
