The agent, going by the name Nancy (not her Punjabi birth name), was very kind and helpful. Full marks. But the truck was very dusty outside. I had to clean the windows myself. After I cleaned the windows, I noticed that the windshield had a large rock chip in it. That would have made the windshield unsafe if I had benign an accident. Picking up the vehicle was somewhat frustrating. I tried 3 times to finish the initial picture uploading and, as far as I could tell, it wouldn''t complete so I just left it undone. That might have left me exposed if I had been judged later to have caused damage such as the windshield glass chip. The truck worked well and allowed me to complete the job for which I had rented it.

Absolute horrible experience my pick up time was 9am I didn't leave with the truck until 1040 am was waiting there for someone to come drop off the keys the place says they are open clearly are not the fuel was completely empty but the app said it was 1/8 when I tried to submit the pictures it said error uploading then immediately said maximum amount of pictures taken so I could not complete the process on the app they kept on hanging up on us during the 1.5 hour wait for them to arrive continuously says the guy is only 5 minutes away there was also another group of people waiting aswell that they didn't bring keys for when they brought mine so I could only imagine how long they had to wait for him to go back and retrieve them very poor service really unfortunate

GREGORY BI am pissed off by the service. My pick up location was changed 3 times. Then when I went there to pick up the office was closed i had to call several times and wait over an hour. The app sucks. I couldn’t use it as I was scheduled for in person pick up. This was the worst experience I ever had with U-Haul. Next time I will try Budget.
Tracy WMy tailgate was completely scratched up because the employee would not let me hook it up myself and hooked it up with my tailgate down and it rubbed against the tongue my whole drive.

Uhaul switched our pick up location to one far less convenient last minute and then required us to go to the other location anyways because they didn't have the supplies we ordered.

From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure i had a smooth dispatch. He patiently answered all my questions and explained the rental process clearly, making it stress-free. The truck itself was in top condition—clean, well-maintained, and easy to handle. What truly stood out was Mr Sehgal’s willingness to assist. He made sure I understood all the features of the truck, from loading tips to safety features, which made me feel confident driving it. Bruce GOnly the truck was there. None of the pre-ordered items such as dollies and blankets were there. In fact, I never received these items! Only received a $50 reimbursement after I sent them an email about this. You can't do that to people that are experiencing a busy and sometimes stressful day when they are moving. They did tell me to go to a different location (with the 26ft truck that I drove for the first time and without a backup camera!). I did do that but they didn't have the items either and actually complaint about the first location for them sending me to the second location.
Tj Wmy disapointment of this experience is both the peardonville locations fault and also uhaul. I was told this location opened at 730 am and i got there at 745 and no one was there till 815. Also uhaul called me the night before switching my booking from huntington to this location. then when i got to this location they only had one of my two trucks booked, and then uhaul sent me to huntington to pick the second one up. when i got to the huntington location i found out that they actually had three of the type of truck i needed and this made no sense at all. also i called the day of to try and figure this out and nobody has still called me. so overall this was a horrible experience that personally cost me 100s of dollars due to my staff being paid to wait for trucks that were late.
