What a DISASTER! Got a call YESTERDAY from U Haul in Lewisville asking about the truck. Told the lady that when I turned it in on the due date a few weeks ago at noon at the Speedy Mart location I had specified for drop off, I asked at the counter about the drop off procedure. Counter lady said just drop the key in the outside box. Which I did. AFTER dropping it off, noticed on the App it said to take a picture of the dash, too late, already dropped key. But app seemed to still have a procedure to close the rental, which I did. But I called the UHAUL Call Center to make sure it was noted that I had turned it in and talked to a person who noted that on rental record. A few days later noticed on app that the rental still seemed to be open so called UHAUL Call Center AGAIN to make sure they had it recorded it was turned in on time. So noted on record, again. Noticed truck had been moved to a new spot, but still just outside Speedy Mart. Lewisville lady yesterday said nothing was noted on the rental record, but finally got a receipt later in afternoon. And last night happened to drive by and saw the truck still sitting in the Speedy Mart lot. What a program.
