I paid for everything up front. Kim was great. Two days later, I was charged an additional $103. I called to get an explanation. Caden, the representative on the phone was great to work with. I was over on miles by 11.5, so a charge of $11.39 is fair. He was able to refund $80. He couldn’t explain why I was being charged for $23 instead of the $11.39. Hey corporate Uhaul, fix your system. Don’t lump a bunch of BS fees/charges into “rental fees” or whatever the line item is. $12 dollars isn’t much, but say they rent 1000 trucks a day, that’s overcharging $12,000 a day with no explanation. (adds up to over $4,380,000 per year)
