This location was closed and a locked gate prevented me from using their 24 hr drop off by parking the truck securely on the lot. I did pull the truck up to the gate, locked the doors and put the keys in the drop box. I also THOUGHT I used the mobil drop off on my phone, it asked me to share my location and directed me to drop keys, but I was charged a $20 fee for not doing this. There was also a charge for additional mileage. Part of I 70 West was.closed due to flooding so the GPS recommended alternate routing for detour, which included the PA turnpike. The PA turnpike was using electronic billing due to COVID-19 and am wondering how I can pay those fees.Cindy C.
Have no clue what they are doing. This was our first time ever renting a truck. I kept asking if there was more paperwork that I needed besides my receipt and she told me no that was it I never received a paperwork confirming that we were renting it or where my gas gage was or mileage or if there was any next dings dents or anything in the vehicle. But I was like ok she gave us the keys and left and told us we had to do everything online that it couldn't be doneThere which seemed really strange to me so I had to call the 1-800 number to even figure out where we were dropping off the vehicle and when I called they said that we hadn't even picked up the U-Haul it was the biggest mess that I have ever experienced in my life.Eric A.

I ordered a dozen furniture pads. When I got there, they only had 7. 2 of them were ripped up and a couple more were very dirty. I used 6, including the dirty ones. It took a while to get everything ready to go, considering I checked-in online... It was a lengthy process.Anthony B.

We had to wait 45 minutes so the clerk could figure out how to fill out the forms on the computer! She was very friendly, but she (June) had NO KNOWLEDGE of the equipment and NO training on how to fill out the computer questions! (The customer verification and credit card info was typed in 7 times! Seriously? Why was there NO competent person to do a Trailer Rental? And when Agent "Joe" finally got back from where he had gone, he helped hook up the trailer, but the 3 safety chains were only 1 inch off the ground, dragging on the ground at each bump on the road!ELIZABETH A.
I was pretty happy with the customer service.. the equipment left something to be desired. For the long distance I was taking the truck I felt there should have been some changes to the vehicle. for starters no one should ever have to take a gasoline engine of that size across the mountains. the mirrors did not adjust well, the seat was bent,the dash rattled like it was falling apart, the window leaked air like it was down. the radio was horrible the speakers were blown. all of this pretty much I did not know until I was already loaded and on the road. all in all the customer service aspect was good but the equipment was not so much.WALT B.

There are lots of places here to choose to pick up or drop a trailer & I'd drive a long way 'out of my way' to use these people again even if they weren't close by!!! Decrease the costs!! 20 miles in 2 days. Paid $32.00 in gas + $167.00 for the rent of Uhaul. $80 for the Uhaul+30 for Ins + mileage??? crazy!! and very upset customer here!!!KARLA S.
