Personnel was friendly, easy transaction. Was not location I requested. Didn't appear to be a U-Haul place at all. Bobbie at Queenstown where I created the order let me know that I may not be picking up at Queenstown. She was very helpful and friendly, as were the staff at Hillside.

Picking up this truck was mass confusion even after a telephone confirmation to Charlie at the location shown on the internet. When we arrived, the truck was not there, apparently the computer confirmation had been erased from Charlie’s computer the morning I was to arrive. Numerous phone calls later, a truck was located but not until after I was told that the hillside uhaul location was closed on weekends, people could not find the truck key and no pads or the dolly were at the same sight as the truck. Apparently I was sent an email about the “scheduling” of the truck I had confirmed but it arrived on my cell phone while I was driving and my phone has the safety app on so I receive no messages. This was an extreme mess. Charlie was very helpful and called the regional manager to take care of us. I would not risk another move with uhaul unless it was local and I can show up at the uhaul outlet to hold somebody personally accountable.

We ordered a dolly and pads and they were not at pick up location. When I went to pick up I was told yo go to a different location and when I went nothing was in your computer that should of been. The information was all wrong. Because the dolly was not there I have to rent again to pick up the rest of furniture that I need a dolly to do so. When I turned the air on the it smelled like pot. The only good experience is the truck felt safe to drive.
