The manager of this region, Matthew Johnson, went above and beyond to make sure everything was right for us. Any questions that we had, he was quick to answer them for us. Even when we had an issue at the drop off location, Matthew walked us through it. The girls at the pick up location were awesome too. Very friendly and helpful!Sara H.

I feel that the service took way to long, we did not use insurance but they said to look at the truck for any damages, no one looked at the tires n we were given a truck that had gouged out tire and we were charged 200 on top of original bill. Not staying its all they're fault but we all were looking upward at the truck never the tires. All is well though.Charity T.
Asked for help when I got there at 9am and the lady said she hasn't even checked for reservations. Then she didn't close out my rental until almost a week later when I had to rent another truck and it wouldn't let me till that was done.Kimberly P.

We had a reservation for 8 am. When we arrived there was no one on site to assist with the truck pick up. The shop owner showed up at 8:45 and didn't even acknowledge or apologize for being 45 minutes late.Marc W.

The lady at Hilltop Automotive had some difficulty uploading photos to the U-Haul website. This resulted in a delay in getting out of the office with the truck. She was very apologetic and was doing her best. I think that U-Haul needs to improve their computer system.James A.
