Unable to get entry pad programmed w my phone number but gave me an “emergency number” to use for entry. My only complaint is I paid a full second month $168. when I checked out 24 hrs into the “second month”, and I also rented a one way 20 ft uhaul and trailer to tow my car from hinds and hinds. Would hope for a break on that full second month fee. but they do not prorate and I was informed in advance of that.

Nicole F | Overall ExperienceI left quickly because my storage room was sprayed severely by skunks. Everything I had in there is still smelling. Very sad. There is a hole on the side of the shed #210 where clearly the skunk burrowed under the shed. The mice and skunks are now a big problem. I'm so sorry that is this is true.

Staff at both facilities are friendly and professional and were helpful in coordinating the transfer. Hinds and Hinds is a top rate organization.
