Larky HCheck your equipment before renting to customers. There was a 4" gash in the sidewall of one of the tires.

John Remployee very kind and professional and helpful. Very convenient and easy, and clean and well lit. Unable to get entry pad programmed w my phone number but gave me an “emergency number” to use for entry. My only complaint is I paid a full second month $168. when I checked out 24 hrs into the “second month”, and I also rented a one way 20 ft uhaul and trailer to tow my car from hinds and hinds. Would hope for a break on that full second month fee. but they do not prorate and I was informed in advance of that.

Frank LI surveyed the rental truck and noticed that the inside driver's side tire was bald! The attendant pulled the truck up and then left! I was not able to talk with her about the tire. Later on the North side of Santa Fe on Hwy 25, the bald tire blew out and I had to wait on an off ramp of Hwy 25 with my family for about four hours until someone came and changed the tire. The person that help us was very professional and courteous and got us back on the road in about 30 minutes of his arrival. I paid $1870 for the rental and, under the circumstances, I don't know if I would rent from UHaul again. Also, the passenger side mirror of the truck was extremely difficult to adjust so that I could see out of it.
