The straps used to secure the vehicle on the auto transport had been cut and was barely long enough to work. Luckily the vehicle being transported had small wheels. Anything larger and the straps wouldn't work. The ratchet used to tighten the straps were corroded and I had to spray some lubricant on them.Marshall G.

My truck broke down waited 4 hrs for a repair service to come.... At 8pm... To find out that my battery cables were almost completely off the side post.. i didnt even get to use the truck for its intended purpose. Very disappointedJEREMY C.

The worker was lazy; didn't come out to hook up the trailer just asked if I knew how then had me pull it up to inspect it. Upon return didn't even inspect the trailer, made me walk back out and get the blankets to return. She charged me wrong for the insurance, when I placed the reservation I declined it and I told her I didn't want the insurance yet she still charged me for it.Matthew M.

Overall I had the worst experience with U-Haul today. First on my way to where my reservation was made I realized that my pick-up location changed to a Fort Stewart. How is it that a reservation changes to a military base with you knowing if I have access to on post? That right there messed up my entire schedule. I had to drop my family at the storage to go on post, get the truck (where the lady was trying to charge me when I literally paid 30 prior getting there) and head back. For my surprise when I get back to storage, my friends were also there to help move out (taking time from them) , I find out that the dolly truck wasn't on the back (and it was charged). I called and they told me I should get my money reimbursed when I return the truck. In the afternoon same thing, I'm getting ready to return the truck, text message saying location changed (further) . I get there the web page wasn't@ working, I called was on the phone for 30 mins, no one helped me. Finally, I downloaded the app and it worked. Is not the first time I rent moving trucks with you guys, but today it was one of those days that you say â€œnever againâ€AYRILIZ R.
