The address that was given was wrong and the correct address I couldn't walk through the parking lot. I had to walk out of the parking lot where the truck was park to the street to the office which was a half block. I was on the phone at least 1/2 hour trying to find the correct address.

Put the correct address on the site, we had to walk out of the parking lot around a gate half a block to get to the business. Had an issue with the trucks info compared to what was on the receipt. Need to train the receptionist better

I reserved form a place I normally reserved from received confirmation and got a call the day before delivery telling me that I did t have a reservation and that I have a one way delivery and I could drop off anywhere. Well that wasn’t true. I found a place to drop off and they told me I couldn’t receive a call from the venue I had to use my own gas that I replace and they tried to charge me for going over mileage. I contested that as I was told I could drop off anywhere and when I got to this location they told me they couldn’t accept my truck. Receive a phone call from a venue I never selected saying I was late? I asked her how and I never selected your property.

Make sure that there's gas in the vehicle make sure that the mirrors are all well maintained there was a warning on the dash of a rear end maintenances . Trying to make sure that the client understands the contract and what it is that he has to pay for it

Staff does not know how to operate equipment. Has no accessories or Uhaul materials available. Poor customer service. Bad location.
