Check the truck in when I bring it back. All you have to do is call the store where rented and have the attendant to walk out and check number on the truck to see it's back. I've made this same report more than once.

Not charge double, in person, than what the online amount due is
ROB'N WWorst experience I have have ever had. The guy at the store was RUDE took over 45mins to pick up then refused to check back in at drop off said he would do it later so I had to do online on app on someone else's phone. Will not use U-Haul from this location ever again. This was the WORST.
Lacy WStaff was not sure how to check out the equipment.
