BRYAN HMy rental agreement and the self check in mobile app both provided the wrong check in address!! I drove through a strip mall several times and there was absolutely no signage that indicated there was a U-Haul location nearby. When I called U-Haul, the agent called up GOOGLE MAPS, which is exactly what I did, and I was in the exact location that she indicated. Later, she directed me to the back of the strip mall, still no signage, but many U-Haul products. When I was using the self check in app, the app froze after making the overage payment. The overage payment should be the very last step of the self return process.
FREDERICK HI thought the charge was high I know it was one way but it came out to 640.00 with insurance

Kemp KI did find it difficult to make the first connection to the local office personal. But once I called the national number things went well.
RODNEY PWas just a little surprised that there was no one there physically, however the process went smoothly communicating through phone and text. The trailer did not have the wire attached for lights. I noticed that before we left and was told to take one off another trailer. Suggestion would be to make sure all trailers have the light wiring attached. Was just glad I noticed it. Overall, pretty smooth process.

CHARLES LWas confusing at drop off because it is not a facility. Clearer instructions regarding where specifically I needed to drop the trailer would have been helpful. It's just a grocery store parking lot. There's a U-Haul sign but no facility and instructions were a little confusing.

Diana FEquipment was returned on time but they tried to charge me an additional day which fortunately did not go through or I’d be waiting for a refund. Should change the time to recharge to a bit longer. Other than that all was very professional. Thank you.

LAUREN SFirst off when you schedule a time of pickup, usually it is because you need it for that time, not for an hour of phone calls and messages left to get someone to authorize you to leave with the equipment. And when you finally get ahold someone don’t tell me that you were on the phone and that they have other places to run. That is not my problem! I rented for a specific time not when it was convenient for you to respond to me sitting in a parking lot waiting. Oh and yes I missed my appointment with the person I was meeting to make a purchase and he didn’t show up since I was over an hour late, so not only did I rent the trailer, spend money on gas, wear and tear on my vehicle for a 4 hour drive, I didn’t get what I needed the trailer for! I am not a happy customer and I have rented many times. I will go to Home Depot and rent from now on. Thanks for being incompetent

MEADE RPickup process was negative. Mobile part didn't work: it could not locate me and didn't allow to continue even through manual location adjustment. The place is not maintained, there's a post with the phone number which helped me eventually to pickup the vehicle. Drop off process was smooth and easy over the mobile applicaton.

FRANK BThere was no one there when I picked up and no one there when I returned during their posted business hours. There is no store front. The GPS brings you to the front of a shopping center, an Ace hardware. I was in the hardware store at 10 am and then on the phone with a lady at approximately 10:15. While still on the phone at 10:21 the lady claimed I was a half hour late and that the person left t o assist a cu stomer at another location. On drop off after hurting my back hooking the 2 axle trailer up solo on pickup the lady on the phone told me she had 3 men call out . She asked if I had a car jack to take off the trailer. She said she could be there in 20 min to help. I was able to use my scissor jack to take the trailer off. The parking area is on an angle and when I picked up the trailer it began to roll towards my car. This could have easily resulted in damage or injury. On pickup I was told the person just left to assist another customer.
Richard HPicked it up in a random parking lot with no one there, just a phone call. Break lights weren’t working and was told to still take it because there were no others. Got a text a day after I returned it saying I was going to be charged because it wasn’t returned. Terrible service all around. Do not recommend

Michael CEASY DROP OFF PROCEDURE AFTER I LEARNED THAT THIS WAS NOT A MANNED DROP OFF AREA.I HAD TO DO GOOGLE SEARCH OF UHAUL HOBE SOUND TO GET A TELEPHONE NUMBER TO CALL PERSON. TELEPHONE NUMBER OF DROP OFF AREA WOULD HAVE BEEN USEFUL. IT WAS SLIGHLY MORE CHALLENGING TO FIND DROP OFF LOCATION

Dana BI did have an easy time picking up the trailer. I did not know that I needed a pigtail to hook up the lights. You should plan on at least a three foot pigtail. Other than that I had no issues.
arthur gAngel was a huge help. My truck was not at the location where I requested so when he called he had it moved and ready at the exact time I was told. The car 15” truck was clean and very comfortable for a 20 hr drive. We even accepted and offer in your load share program. No problems with pick up and delivery of the trailer. Thanks for the great experience. All the attendants that we encounter along the way were all helpful. The app was very easy for me to find all the details and answer all of our question.

Nicole mRented an auto transport trailer for about 6 hrs. Two days later I got a text saying I needed to close out my order. Apparently someone didn't close out the order as I was told they would. Had to call to get things cleared up.
David JThe main reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because there isn’t anybody at the location to help you hook up the trailer the 12 foot trailers really need to have a jack on them

Jason RThe National UHaul call center should be aware that this location is all done by telephone and texting. Was quite simple, but some people may get flustered having to connect their own trailer. Very simple but I can see how it may be intimidating to others.
Anthony CHave the phone number posted near the lock box instead of on the front door of the Benjamin Moore paint store, and have the sign read 'Call this number to rent these trucks/trailers.'
David JUnmanned. Have to do everything yourself. The trailer wouldn't come off the ball at drop off and had to stand in the rain for 30 minutes trying to get the trailer loose. Go somewhere that you can get some help when you need it.

Jonathan DTook a little while (but under 10 minutes) to get someone on the phone to process our checkout. The hardest part was finding the Uhaul location (behind a shopping plaza, not well marked, the physical address was an empty store front with no indication of where to find the uhauls). Would never have found it if we didn't decide to try driving behind the small strip mall. Drop off was easy, appreciated being able to drop off/return the trailer at any time. All contract processing and payment went seemlessly.
