The owner/operator was very friendly and communicated well; however, there is no support at the location. I was lucky enough to have someone drive by and offer to help me lift the trailer onto my hitch and then lucky enough to have another person drive by and help me lift the trailer off my hitch. If I had not had that help, I would not have been able to use the trailer.

scott l1st time renting from a location without an onsite rep. Everything is behind a strip mall that you can’t see from the front which was confusing. Once found where equip was stored the online check in was easy and rep on phone was helpful
