There was not communication, no one answered the phone and no one present when I picked up the trailer. The drop off location was miles away when there were 2 locations with in 2 miles. When I dropped off the trailer, there was no one who spoke English or give me a receipt that I did return the trailer. I will never use U-Haul again!

The truck was not filled with fuel. Head lights on the truck are not very good for driving at night. Not bright enough to see well.

Michael MWhile there is adequate signage and the equipment was serviceable, the experience was exceptionally frustrating. I showed up to the address, it is a vacant storefront. I drove around back to the equipment, but not a soul in sight. I called the number on the sign, no answer. Sat for 20 minutes wondering what to do before I finally got a call back. Was then told my reservation was cancelled because I was not there within 30 minutes of pick-up time. I did not know that I only had a tiny window of time to pick up my reserved trailer. Navigating the pickup was exceptionally annoying.
Tyson VThe trailer the worst I have ever rented. The tires were so unbalanced, it made for an awful 1000 mile ride.
