Wish an email would have been sent for drop off procedures. I missed the link and didn't find it until I already dropped off the keys. Tech support was very helpful to help though.

Jonathan WWe had an amazing experience. The lady behind the counter was very accommodating. The first uhaul office we went to we had a reservation and still had to wait for someone to arrive. Three hours later we were referred to the uhaul office in Ramer TN. We are grateful for her knowledge and honesty. ( I'm sorry I can't remember her name) Sincerely, James and Rhonda Eads

Tommy TThis was a terrible experience. We had a voucher from my work to pay for this u haul. Once we arrived they had no clue what a voucher was and although the u haul had already been ordered through the mobile app which I showed the representative they could not give it to me. We ended up having to pay for it ourselves and when the lady reached out to someone with uhaul travel services for assistance she had no idea and continued to say she could not help us and she did not know what to do.

Jarrell SGreat little trailer. I will never use the insurance again. Mine covers it anyway. I was not aware that the charge was per day. I think I was robbed for that charge. I would think U-haul is profitable without resorting to those kinds if tactics. Live and learn. I know nobody's going to read this or give a shit but I had to write it.

Louise CThey were to busy to check me in. They are a locksmith company that have u haul trailers.
RICHARD CWe rented one hand truck and put it in the back of our pickup truck. It was the next morning when we started to load the rental truck when we discovered that there was three other hand trucks in the back of the truck. When I advised the rental location of this they where unaware of this and could not come and get them. Because the rental location was about 25 minutes away and I had paid help and a time schedule to keep I could not return them. The lady at the rental location said to return them to the return location which we did.

Hunter SI was guaranteed a truck at 8:00 AM in Tupelo and got a call at 4:30 the day before that I would have to drive almost two hours to Raymer, TN to pick up at 10:15. Then another two hours back so we could not start loading till almost 12:45 PM. I ordered a pack of blankets and they had none.
SHAWN FWell the only issue I had is I was emailed a time I had to have the uhaul back and it wasn’t correct so I left a lot of product that was to be moved at the location because of it
MYSTI BI dropped it off after the store was already closed but they were very helpful over the phone when I called and asked about a good place to park it so it wouldn’t be in the way.

PHILLIP JEven though no one was available for me to check in the trailer, and the U-haul website didn't seem to want to allow me to complete the rental online, your staff was able to assist me by phone, and I did get a call from the turn-in location the next business day confirming that the contract was successfully completed. Thanx U-haul for making this easy.

After a long day of unpacking the truck , I stopped at the gas station to put it at the level I received it and able to use drop box for keys and contract to turn it in after hours, so I didn't have to get up early the next morning to return it. The whole uhaul experience was easy peasy. Thankyou.

Tammy LThis location was excellent. However, Uhaul is UNRELIABLE and overpriced. Changed my location 3 times in 2 days even after booking 2 weeks in advance. Moving is stressful enough without the headache of worrying about a truck.

We had to drive an hour out of our way just to pick this up because last minute, they didn’t have a truck in our location and we done all this a week before having to leave. But upon arriving to this TN location, the lady was very kind and professional. Uhaul is blessed to have her because if not with her great attitude, I wouldn’t see how y’all stayed in business.
