There is a leak in the truck cab. I drove through three hours of rain and my shirt was soaked. I believe the leak was coming from the seatbelt connection. Truck ran and handled great.

Toby TI was a little disappointed. I had rented the truck through Monday, June 24 but ended up turning it in early on Saturday, and there was no reimbursement for the early turn in. If I had known that I would taken my time emptying the truck!

Tommy TThis was a terrible experience. We had a voucher from my work to pay for this u haul. Once we arrived they had no clue what a voucher was and although the u haul had already been ordered through the mobile app which I showed the representative they could not give it to me. We ended up having to pay for it ourselves and when the lady reached out to someone with uhaul travel services for assistance she had no idea and continued to say she could not help us and she did not know what to do.

Jarrell SGreat little trailer. I will never use the insurance again. Mine covers it anyway. I was not aware that the charge was per day. I think I was robbed for that charge. I would think U-haul is profitable without resorting to those kinds if tactics. Live and learn. I know nobody's going to read this or give a shit but I had to write it.
