General comment , not specific to this location: U-Haul takes "reservations" online weeks in advance for a specific truck size and pickup location. Then when the day comes to move with all your moving logistics in place, U-Haul will tell you and I quote: "SORRY BUT THERE IS NO TRUCK FOR YOU HERE, TRY DRIVING 3 HOURS ONE WAY TO GET ONE". If you're lucky you may be able to drive one hour and get a smaller truck. If you're not, you lose and your long planned moving day is completely ruined. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING UHAUL refers to as a "reservation" or "confirmation". THESE WORDS ARE COMPLETE LIES AND THEY FREELY ADMIT IT. UHAUL IS SIMPLY NOT AN HONEST BUSINESS. (They say they will call and tell you 24 hours in advance if your truck is not available. This is also simply not true in my case.)Scott H.

I will NOT recommend U-Haul to anyone at all after the last minute cancellation of my reservation resulting in a smaller truck than needed and terrible stress and inconvenience during an already stressful move. AND I was overcharged as well. I do not plan on using U-Haul ever again.Jaime C.

Before I even reached my destination, I received a text message from the agent at my chosen drop off location. He answered every question I had, even after hours! I then used the key drop option after business hours for the very first time and wondered how the return would be acknowledged. I received an email first thing the next business day to let me know the transaction was completed, to let them know if I had any other needs, and to thank me for using UHAUL. Even though the location was small I was able to get what I needed. There was only one person working there at the time so there was a little waiting. Very bad experience request a 3 days rental and was charged for 8 days still have got refund now it been 1weekaMOHAMED K.
Everyone was very nice to deal with but when we had to drive an hour to pick up the truck was quite an inconvenience. Alex at corporate scheduling was also great to deal with. Again everyone felt bad for me which helped make a bad situation much better. Overall experience was positive, but you need to have trucks avail when people reserve them a month in advance. May not use them again only because I live in Carmel which is about 45 miles away..Ernie L.
The gas gauge was below 1/2 but I was told I had to fill it back to 1/2. The pickup location was 20 miles away from my house even though there is a local location 1/2 mile away.THOMAS F.
