Absolutely worse U-Haul experience I’ve ever had. Nobody was on location for pick up and drop off! The U-Haul was on E with the lights on and my property was damaged because there are holes in the ceiling of the truck and rain water fell through! I’ve used U-Haul countless times and this was absolutely horrendous experience

This was not the location that I asked to rent the truck from. This is the only place with the truck. The guy was helpful.

Kaylan WThis location appears to be a scam. I chhose mobile pickup but when I arrived there is no office and a man from Uhaul checked me in on his phone so I couldn't use mobile pickup. When i returned I used mobile dropoff and recorded end mileage but they overcharged me 100 miles over $100 over charge. There was also no key drop or office for return. Even the other Uhaul 1 mile away could not give me direction as the location is hard to find and just a parking lot. Be sure to take your own pictures of the mileage so you don't get scammed. Avoid this location

Brendan CBoth pick up and drop off locations are scams. The website told me 484.00 but when I got there, it was 520.00 I was charged for gas when I had to fill it up when I got it. U-Haul is a complete scam and I will be disputing the extra charges.
