This needs to be advertised as a mobile only site, and reservations should include all info required to checkout and return byyourself, since there was no one around to assist in any way. After waiting 39 min past my reservation time, I had to call U-haul and get walked through checking myself out. On return, same thing, only the link sent me would not let me login (reservation not found). I literally just hooked up went and and did mything and dropped it off, with no one around. Very sketchy operation at best.
