GERTRUDE MI had reservations for 11:30 at Midguard. I couldn’t get into lock box called U-Haul they explained that no one could come to location I spent 1 hr and a half trying to get key with no luck. I drove to the Home App Store. In and out int he minimum amount of time.

DAVID TThe smell of smoke in the truck was so strong, I was forced to wear a KN-95 mask. It burned my throat. Only 10 foot truck at the location so I had no other options. Recommend having the truck thoroughly cleaned.

Carlos GTruck had check engine light on and sounded like it was falling apart. Location is in a bad area. Name of business on uhaul does not match actual name of business. Sketchy experience overall.

Jeffery CSomeone left their head scarf in the cup holder...other than that the vehicle was clean...i was a little fearful when the vehicle seemed to be pulling and hesitant to move, then it would jerk and roll away...i did inform the manager....during my times of renting uhauls the process has gotten so mych easier. Loved the convenient location and the manager has "GREAT" customer service skills...thank you ...i will rent from this location again!!
christian eIt would be nice if the customer was asked if they would like the insurance added and not have it automatically added to their rentals. The back of my cab was really duty. Not sure if it was from not being rented or the last renter not sweeping it out.

cynthia wWhile the person working the store was helpful, my moving truck experienced mechanical issues. I called for service and the mechanic could not find anything wrong on Saturday night. On Sunday I drove the truck with and a check engine light that was intermittent, and it continued to produce low power, I even added some fuel treatment as it seemed like bad gas but it had no impact. My fuel economy was terrible and the truck would slow to 40 mph on hills making my 10hr trip take 12 and a half. It was very frustrating. Additionally the Car hauler trailer jack stand was not working properly I ended up having to use a floor jack to removed the empty car hauler so I could unload the truck via the ramp.
PHILLIP AWe were told the wrong information about the total charges and early return policy. Nothing was stated in the contract and the worker guaranteed we'd only be charged for the days used not the total amount allowed. So we rushed to turn in to be told the guys lied.
John MExcellent location and staff! They went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience during pick up. They even waited for me for a few hours because I was stuck at work and could not pick up truck. Great place overall and I am happy to have found this hidden gem. They sell appliances too!

Cory PHorrible did not do his job. Did not get any help hooking to my truck, had to do myself. I'm a 68 year old woman, it was very hard. Had to ask were trailer was and he gave me keys to a truck. I told him it was an enclosed trailer and he pointed to a small open trailer. He was no help and did nothing not even a pick up paperwork

Venus LDrop off location was horrible lied about drop off time, gas level, and cleanliness. AVOID THIS LOCATION IF POSSIBLE!!!!!!
brian kThe attitude of one of the associates was poor at best and her ability to respectfully answer questions was nonexistent. The use of the cell phone appeared to be of more importance. The rented cargo trailer was in fair condition but could have been cleaned a little cleaner.

Lawania gThe location was ok only thing I didn’t like was not having a dolly I ordered to move the washer and dryer and didn’t find out until we took the truck and went off to move it wasn’t in there ! that was lack of communication on her part she admit she forgot to tell us ! But she expected us to drive 25 mins out to another location to get one was a no go ! I think they need to start telling people before hand what equipment they have and don’t have before we waste our time ! But other then that it was good costumer service I would not recommend the location again I would just go to the regular uhal location to make sure I get all my equipment I ordered ! not these little pick up and drop off points !
