Check engine light came on very shortly after we started using it. Was going to put gas in it before returning but didn’t want it to break down at the gas station before returning it. Did not seem very safe to drive and causes stress during the move.

The truck was dirty inside and outside, I found food inside. The application didn't work at all. I was not able to login at all. I will never suggest to anyone the U-Haul anymore. They changed my order and charged extra money.

Fiama RAndrew, who worked there was very nice, but it was hard to find since it’s not labeled U-Haul and the truck was definitely showing its age.
ANDREW HI was directed to a different pickup location which was an inconvenience.
