The gentleman at Home Self Storage was *super friendly*, with an easily accessible facility. He quickly took the trailer off my vehicle and got me on my way. If I ever need a UHaul in Brodheadsville I will come to him.

I saw no real need for any improvement based on my rental. Bruce was a pleasure to deal with. He went out of his way to locate the exact trailer I needed to rent. The rental process went quick and easy. Will definitely use them again when the need arises. Thank you!

Perhaps show them if there is a gps or how to use the screen. It might make it easier for drivers who aren’t familiar with certain areas to possibly see speed limits if non are around.

The website isn’t really user friendly. The cargo area was clean but the exterior was filthy and the check engine light was on, the steering had way too much fade as my passenger commented that I look like I was steering a ship.This definitely wasn’t one of the trucks I saw when I first went to reserve one.
