The equipment was not clean. Mud was all over the truck, the windshield was dirty. There was damaged along driver side skirt, in front of the rear wheel. There was trash behind the passenger seat ( a beer can, water bottle, hand, lotion, napkins ). This was a one way rental and it seemed as if I got struck with a funky truck. As hometown solutions was not keeping the truck. Functionally and mechanically the truck worked just fine.

Didn’t refund me the 100.00 deposit and the lady at oak summit was so rude when I called about it. I’ll never recommend oak summit to anyone for a drop off place for a uhaul or any services for that matter.

GREGORY MMake it clear whether to drop the trailer off inside the gate or outside the gate. I dropped it off outside the gate because it was chained closed with a d-link carabiner and there were 2 other trailers outside the gate before I got there. I was unsure whether I could open the gate since it wasn't locked with a lock but also didn't want to break into anything. Either way, the return experience was quick and easy! Thank you!

Michael SThe truck needs some maintenance. It looked good but there were problems changing gears.
Annette GMost of the twelve padding blankets I rented were not folded or in bags. There was one bag that had two blankets in it but the rest were just thrown in a heap. I folded them all neatly when returning the trailer.

TODD MI made a reservation for pickup BY PHONE in Augusta WV They neglected to leave the key I had to drive to Moorefield, which is an extra 15 miles farther than Romney, and I was given 40 miles. I went over by 11 BECAUSE of the extra miles you forced me to travel and now you want to charge me for it?? SERIOUSLY?? I guess I have to waste EVEN MORE of MY time because your renters neglected to provide The SIMPLEST of tasks I've rented here 3 times but, I won't ever again!! Sincerely TABB :/
