Jeffery VThis truck had 44 miles to empty and it was shown as 1/8 and I put it was empty. I returned it 59 miles till empty and was charged an extra $45. That’s theft. Then you send me a receipt showing the previous mileage which is totally different than is what you showed me on the app. That’s theft. The location I dropped it off to scammed me. Then they refuse to give me the money back. I can’t believe they would do that. I also told the guy at the drop off place that it had 44 miles to empty when I picked it up and I dropped it off 59 miles to empty. I dropped it off with MORE gas and you charged me. I’m shocked. Straight theft and a scam. Did the charge behind my back when the drop off location said I was all good. I’m going to my bank to dispute and using Penske next time. Thieves!!!
