Once you give the discounted price 19.95 for 15' truck, then don't change to 29.95 when the customer come for pickup the vehicle. Even I already checkin online staff on this location don't know how to complete the pickup procedure in the system because of that my pickup time was 4.00 pm and they provide keys around 5.10 pm. I waited so long. Please don't do these kind of things with customers.

It is so hard to return the truck when the location is closed, the guy told me i should return the truck before 6 o'clock. While i return the truck the location is close so i Can't return it to prove that i returned on time, i try to use the application to return it online, but it keep let me take photo of the track, and some occur is happened, there is red and show that i need to retake the photo, i was straggle with that for half an hour to replace the photo, the occur stills there, so i went to the dougal uhaul center to ask them can i return the key there, at first time they said i should return it the original place, i said i can return the key back to there but there is one can guarantee i returned the track online, they let me give the key go them after call the supervisor, afterthat i got a call from you guys that i still should return the key to the original location and if pass time is okay won't charge me money. Why he doesn't tell me at the store??? Is this how you trade your customer?
