There was no indication of where to park or key drop bix was? I kept the keys until the shop opened but received a call from a person at the store. I was told we blocked the door to their repair shop and didn’t leave the keys. Instructions on where to park and were the drop box is would be helpful.

Very dirty, not friendly at all
TONYA HTook almost an hour to check in. Had to check in at one location and then drive to another. Had to wait on the guy to arrive to hook up our trailer.
TONIA BI had a scheduled pick up and when I arrived nothing was ready. I had drove 2 1/2 hours to pick up the truck I had reserved for 7:30 am I received a call asking if I would be willing to bring a trailer back with me to my drop off location in Princeton. I agreed stating I was on a time schedule and was assured everything would be ready. Again nothing was ready when I arrived. I called and the person I spoke to was of no help and when I asked to speak with the person with whom I had beed dealing with and that had directly called me, I was told that was not possible as that is not the way things where done at Uhaul. Again with nothing being ready I had to wait on them to even get the truck, that I had reserved the week prior, ready I told them I was on a schedule and was not going to wait on them to get the trailer pulled out from all the other trailers and trucks it was in the middle of and therefore, did not bring it with me. I have rented many times from Uhaul and this was be far the worst experience I have ever had.

William LThey are making a new store front at this drop off location. It will be very nice. Drop offs are at this location but at the time of my drop off, the attendant was at the hospital having a procedure done, so I was told to just leave the trailer. Everything went well and I received a receipt of the return in my email.
DAVID RIt is way too hard to locate the trailer you need online. I had to call U-Haul to find the trailer.

Thomas TI called and she was kinda rude but it's ok and I just dropped it off and put keys and paper in the boxes and a guy came outta nowhere and asked me what did I drop off and where I put the key, overall small town run but not bad , I'm happy 😊

Sean MGet rid of this location! The men are rude, no blankets and he wouldn’t give us the dolly. Said he did we drove 40 miles to destination and no dolly. Had to drive back before they closed at 12 to get it and then they didn’t want to let us have it, cause they only had 1. I was going to move my mother home from Florida, but I’ll hire movers cause Uhaul is not the answer. No blankets. Why don’t y’all tell the customer before we come and get it and there isn’t any. BAD BUSINESS

Greg BThe worker, I think he goes by Tank, was rude on the phone and when I got to location I couldn’t get the truck. After calling UHaul directly we worked out the details and I got the truck. Opened the back discovered he had not put the furniture pads or dolly in the truck. Sent my daughter to pick up Friday morning and he wasn’t open when posted. She finally got him to respond to phone calls and he was very rude to her. They didn’t have enough pads to fulfill my order. Very rough rental. Truck had STRONG gas smell.
LEISA HI have to be honest. I've rented U-Haul equipment from different places, but at this location I became very frustrated, the vibe in this shop is never calming, plus I don't appreciate the person running it or responsible for the equipment. From other that have done business there, how is he still operating? The trailer I rented was cleaner after I returned it before I picked it up. Plus when I checked out the equipment the gentleman in charge would not listen to my expectation, or story he just goes ahead and charges my card for the equipment does not even give me the courtesy of explaining. So in short, I will not rent there again, I'll drive 10 or 30 miles just to rent if it means never to do business there again.

Harold CRude made us wait over twenty minutes while several of them worked in a car there . Very unwelcome feeling stares and looks from all the mechanics workers at this location truck parked down the street . Everything difficult and unprofessional about this location . I was overcharged for the $28.00 insurance package on the truck after I told him I didn’t want it. I was not given a paper printed contract so I didn’t notice the charge until later . They refused to take it off the bill . I would like the $ 28.00 refund please.
