I am dealing with this more than a month after I rented the trailer. I rented and returned the trailer on November 13. It was close to closing time. The young lady at the front desk said she'd take care of the paperwork in the morning, which was fine with me, as I had a 2+ hour drive to return home. Several days later I got a call from from U-Haul's Boise office asking me when I was going to return the trailer. I explained to the caller that I had already returned it timely to Hometown Auto and that the paperwork was to have been completed the next day. The caller said he'd check into it and I thought that was that. Well, today I get a call from U-Haul in Henderson, NV, asking about the trailer (something having to do with perhaps being stolen from me? It didn't make much sense.). I told him the above, gave him Hometown Auto's phone number; he said he'd call them and get it straightened out. Fine. Then, I get a receipt from U-Haul refunding to me $1,186.20, apparently because U-Haul had charged me this because Hometown screwed up on the paperwork. I hadn't been checking my credit card stuff because everything usually goes through correctly, and because I thought Hometown had done what it was supposed to do. Well, you can imagine my surprise upon seeing that U-Haul was crediting my account over a thousand dollars. I've spent enough time time screwing with this that I think the least U-Haul could do is write me an apology and refund me the $32.95 rental charges for time spent attempting to correct U-Haul's mistakes. And, beyond that, you probably should pay me $100 for the time spent on this as well. I await U-Haul's prompt reply and a check for $132.95. Thank you.

Cheryl RThe drop-off process went smoothly for this location. We found a spot to park without issue. Our only issue was the app which continually froze up during the return process. We ended up calling U-Haul in order to request our receipt.
JJ MThe truck broke down. I sat on the roadside for four hours waiting for a decision from U-Haul. I spoke with 6 different representatives and requested to have the truck towed to our destination. My request was refused repeatedly due to the destination being too far away. Instead I had to reload the entire cargo into another vehicle. I wasted two days and had to work way more than necessary in 100 degree heat. All you had to do was tow it.

Natalie KU can clean and take better care of vehicles and not charge the next customer 25 dollar cleaning charge. Need more detailed information on picking up vehicle if staff is not present. The online check in was definately miss directing
