The only way to improve that experience is to not do business anymore with the owner. She is a nasty racist person and has no business dealing with people and she teaches her employees to act the same way. I purposely did not reserve a truck with her and found out less than 24 hours before the rental that I would be getting a truck from her and it would also be 2 HOURS LATER THAN I ORIGINALLY RESERVED IT FOR!!!!! When I called to find out why my reservation was changed, she was nasty. If that place is the only place to get a Uhaul, I will NEVER use them again.

Chauva TI had reserved the U-Haul for a full 24 hours, 5pm to 5pm the next day, I parked the U-Haul at the end of the day at this location to pick up my car and continue loading the next morning, my fiancé received a call before 9am, 8 hours before my return time, asking where the keys were and why the U-Haul was on her lot, the entire interaction was rude and extremely unprofessional
