The staff is not trained on how to rent equipment. They were not prepared for my arrival or for the fact that I was from out of town. It took over 40 minutes for me to get the truck once I arrived to the location. In addition, their location on Google Maps (by name) takes you to a completely different location than what is their actual address. Once I received the truck, it was not officially rented to me, and the manager rented it to me on the back end. He ended up charging me for a protection fee that I had initially declined without my consent. I had to call and get this removed. Which he immediately agreed to. In their defense they are brand new to Uhaul renting, but they are not currently prepared or ready to rent vehicles / equipment to customers yet. They need much more training.
