I made a reservation on line and I still had to wait almost a hour. This was a horrible experience I never want to encounter again. Then when the man came to help us after waiting so long he was rude.

The man that rented the uhaul was very rude and not helpful. He talked on personal calls on his cell phone, to another lady, and on the office phone. He told me the main U-Haul people I talked to was wrong and I was able to get the uhaul when his business was closed that they were liars.As a lady he didn't offer to help load the trailer nor did he ask if I knew how. He complained about walking to the parking lot to be sure I had it hooked up correctly. He said it was policy that he take a pic of me with the trailer and I refused. I thought this was creepy. I believe he did take a pic on his cell phone though. My daughter was there too.

recieved no help in hooking up trailer, was only concerned about taking a picture of it hooked up. did not check any thing else. The online check in system did not work, too many confusing emails/texts. had to go into the store.

Have your carrier verify that there's actually equity available before they ring them up and waste literally 2 hours of someone's time, especially when there's a rental vehicle out front that I was double charged for because the return was 38 minutes late. This would NOT have happened if the Napa in Williamsburg had been even the least bit professional.

Drop off area is a loose gravel lot. Somewhat difficult to maneuver (had to go to 4WD). Staff is friendly and professional

Find some way to track reservations so customers don't have to drive 50 miles to get a truck when he reserved one 10 days in advance THREE MINUTES FROM HOME . But I do want to say that Hometown Furniture was not at falt

A full tank of gas would have been nice instead of just 1/4 tank. Inside floor mats were muddy. Customer shouldn't have to ask for a walk around of the vehicle.
