The owner of this location has an issue with giving me the truck in the beginning saying the system said he did not have a truck. He ended up giving me a bigger one as an upgrade for the inconvenience. When dropping off the truck he said he could not complete it because the system was down. He also was very difficult to communicate with. Very poor experience overall.

Finally when I parked he told me to leave the keys inside and close the door. I followed his instructions a d then he started to yell at me for locking the keys inside the truck. He told me he meant to take the keys inside. He then called his manager and told him what happened. When I talked to the manager he told me I had to drop the keys off in the lock box and I told him the cashier said keys inside and he agreed. I feel like this was a scam and they are going to charge me an unlocking fee. If they do I will contest it and possibly go to small claims court.
