Horrible experience. I called and asked if a pickup truck was available and was told yes. I drove further to this location because the person confirmed they had a pickup truck. When I got there, no pickup was available as the person telling me it was did not know what a pickup was. I showed them a photo of one. Because I drove further to get a truck, I drove further to my destination and back. I picked up the only vehicle they had, a 10 box truck. It had less than a quarter tank of gas in it. A contract was emailed after the truck was picked up. I put $30 worth of gas into the truck. They are now charging me more money because I drove 13 miles more than estimated. I called corporate and asked to have the $1.19 mile removed. The location on Commerce denied it. I've called corporate again and have escalated the dispute up the chain. The rental was difficult to begin with. The location can't take a reservation. Everything has to be done through the uHaul app. If the gas station is going to rent, they need to know what a pickup truck is and whether or not they have one. I've rented uHaul equipment for 50+ years and never had an experience like this. Avoid this location!

Poor pickup/drop off location. It’s a gas station. No U-Haul area, had to talk to someone on the gas station phone because person at the desk doesn’t speak English. Truck also had almost no fuel in it
Aaron CIt is weird to rent from a gas station. The employee that knew how to rent the trucks wasn't there, and I had to talk to him on someone else's phone to walk through the agreements.
