Poor pickup/drop off location. It’s a gas station. No U-Haul area, had to talk to someone on the gas station phone because person at the desk doesn’t speak English. Truck also had almost no fuel in it

It is weird to rent from a gas station. The employee that knew how to rent the trucks wasn't there, and I had to talk to him on someone else's phone to walk through the agreements.
